What is laminated glass?

Engineering and Science Graduate program at EDF Energy: Overview

The 16-month program is planned in such a way that trainees build their knowledge about the entire operation of EDF Energy’s Generation and Nuclear New Build business. Qualifications

Prospective participants are required to have a 2.1 Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering or a 2.2 Bachelor’s with a postgraduate qualification in Material Science and Metallurgy or a related subject. Since the graduate will be required to relocate several times during the program, the applicant should be flexible in this sense. There is a total of six attachments throughout the graduate program and the graduate is supposed to take them in at least three different locations. The duration of each attachment ranges from six weeks to two months.
Most importantly, the graduate should have a genuine interest to learn and gain skills in EDF Energy composites and Metallurgy operations.

EDF Energy offers a starting salary of £27,500 but the salary is reviewed annually according to the qualification level. There is a £2,000 lump sum payment to help graduates during relocations.
